Cancellation Policy
Access Conference Rooms are available for both members and non-members. Decorations Decorations must be non-destructive and removed before the booking ends. Management may request removal of inappropriate or noncompliant decor. Cleaning The space must be cleaned and orderly before the end of the reservation. All trash must be removed, and furniture should be put back neatly for the next client. Overages If the event exceeds the booked time or is not cleaned properly, the client will be charged 200% of the hourly booking rate, billed in 15-minute increments. Attendees All attendees must remain within the rented space except when using restrooms or exits. Loitering in hallways or non-booked areas is prohibited. Cancellations You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start time of your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time of your booking you will receive a 50% refund of your booking price. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking start time are not eligible for refunds.
