It’s been in the works for a long time now, and we finally have all of our ducks in a row. The expansion will include some minor improvements to the existing community (new coffee maker, water dispenser, improved phone booths, a copy/print room, etc.), but the big news is the more than doubling of the Coworking area, adding a large Conference Room, a huge Classroom/Event Space, a Creative Studio, and 17 new Private Offices!
Phase Two (phase one was the original community build) will be an expansion into the adjacent suite formerly occupied by Toast and Jam Studio, which will be relocating. It will include an additional 1,120 square feet of Coworking space, a 280 square foot conference room, three additional phone booths, a copy/print room, an additional bathroom, and three 8’x10’ Private Offices.
Phase Three will begin as soon as Phase Two is complete. It will be the expansion and remodel of the suite directly above the Community, and it will include thirteen new private offices of varying sizes, a 750 square foot event space/classroom, two additional bathrooms, and a 10’x20’ Creative Studio.

We are excited to include the Creative Studio in this expansion. It will be intended for podcasting, vlogging, photography, and video production with access to our in-house equipment, and will be available to our members for $25/hr which includes a pro-level camera and shotgun mic for vlogging and photography, a complete podcasting system for up to six participants, studio lighting, audio treatments, a Bluetooth speaker system, and a variety of photo backdrops, as well as a table and chairs.
The new Conference Room will comfortably seat eight at the table and will feature a 50” wall-mounted display, a whiteboard, a video conferencing system, and a Bluetooth speaker system, as well as a coffee machine and mini-fridge. It will be available to our members for $30/hr.
Our new Classroom/Event Space will be large enough for 40 seated guests and will feature a projector, sound system, a portable lectern, and will include tables and chairs. We will also have a pro-level PA system for live music and parties. The Event Space will be available to our members for $75/hr or a negotiated rate for longer periods.
The new Private Offices will feature lots of natural light, beautiful wood floors, and most will have an exposed brick wall. All private offices have now been pre-leased. If you would like us to add you to the waitlist for a Private Office, please send us an email.
Although the original time table has been adjusted, the project is moving forward. Phase 2 successfully opened early December and the improvements to the existing coworking area have been completed.
Phase 3 construction will continue soon as we clear some things up with the county (shouldn't be long). Things can get interesting when working in a historical building!
